Natalie Mallek – Chef
Chef Natalie Mallek has enjoyed working at The Fountains of Crystal Lake since December of 2002. From 1989-1993, she attended Louisiana State University, both in Baton Rouge and Shreveport, working towards a degree in Biological Sciences, with a minor in Geology. In 1997, her lifelong love of cooking and food drove her to attend Bossier Parish College, where she received her degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts and graduated first in her class. As part of her activities in the community, she teaches cooking classes for the residents as well as at the local senior center.
