The Dancing Horse Theatre

We had the honor of taking all levels of care on a great extraordinary outing to The Dancing Horse Theatre in Wisconsin. We had a excellent lunch, followed by a breath-taking horse show and then a stunning performance by exotic birds. It touched many of the residents hearts and created a lasting memory for years to come.

Alzheimer’s Walk 2016

We all had fun at the Alzheimer's Walk! For the past couple months, The Fountains has been teaming together to raise money for the Walk to End Alzheimer's. We are happy to say that as of yesterday, we raised $1,166 for this great cause. A huge thank you for all the love and support!
